Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery for UK mainland (including the Highlands and Islands) normally takes 2-3 working days from date of dispatch. Please allow 5 working days prior to contacting us to chase your delivery. Orders over £60 qualify for FREE DELIVERY unless item is over sized where additional charges will be raised. 5-20kg nationwide including the Highlands and Islands is £20.
Next Day Delivery Option
You can select next day guaranteed shipping (if ordered before 2pm) for a flat rate of £5. This is subject to conforming to standard parcel size of less than 2kg and fits the Royal Mail standard parcel criteria.

Click and Collect
In Store Collection is free of charge. Your goods can be picked up during standard opening hours from the shop (address and opening times are available on the contact page). You will need to bring the credit/debit card used to make the purchase, along with a printout of your order confirmation. Additional proof of ID and address may also be required. For security, your goods will not be released without these.
Gift-Voucher Delivery
Gift Voucher delivery for UK mainland is available free using standard Royal Mail 1st Class Post. This option can be used if your order contains gift vouchers ONLY (no limit). If your order contains additional items, another delivery method must be selected.
International Delivery
There is a flat rate of £15 for shipping outside the UK for items up to 2Kg. If the item is oversized, The Two Bells reserves the right to charge additional carriage if it is deemed too costly to ship items to the nominated country. Please email the store info@thetwobells.co.uk to get a quote for international shipping if you are in doubt.
Restricted Items
Pyrotechnics, Knives and some Chemicals & Paints are restricted products so are only available to click and collect in store. For paint orders please contact the store to confirm we can send to your location.
